Man Shot In Parking Lot, Suspect On Run In Norwalk, Police Say A man is recovering after being shot in the parking lot of a Fairfield County apartment complex. The incident took place in Norwalk around 7:20 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 30 on Fairfield Avenue. According to Norwalk Deputy Police Chief Joe Dinho, dispatch received a call reporting that a man had been shot in the parking lot on Fairfield Avenue. Patrol Officers quickly arrived on the scene and found a man on the sidewalk and began providing medical aid for his gunshot wound to the abdomen.  The victim was quickly transported to Norwalk Hospital by EMS. CT Man Killed In Suspicious Overnight Crash Was Also Shot, Police Say A Connecticut man has been arrested after a 28-year-old who died in a crash was found with a gunshot wound. The incident took place in Hartford County around midnight in Southington on Thursday, Oct. 27. According to Lt. Keith Egan of Southington Police, officers responded to a report of a car versus a telephone pole in front of of the Noodles & Company on Queen Street.
