The checks took place in New Haven County on Monday, Nov. 14 in Milford. The Milford Police Department working with the state Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Tobacco Prevention and Enforcement Program conducted unannounced compliance inspections of establishments that sell tobacco products and/or electronic cigarettes. Trio Caught Breaking Into Cars In Fairfield County, Police Say Three Connecticut teenagers have been charged for allegedly breaking into vehicles in the parking lot of a Fairfield County apartment complex. The three were arrested in Trumbull on Wednesday, Sept. 7, following the incident at the Ten Trumbull Apartments. FDA Orders Juul To Stop Selling, Distributing E-Cigarettes In US The United States Food and Drug Administration has ordered Juul Labs Inc. to stop selling and distributing all of its e-cigarette products that are currently available on the US market. The FDA made the announcement on Thursday, June 23, saying it has issued marketing denial orders to the company. Officials said the decision means the products that are currently on the US market must be removed.
