Seen Him? 17-Year-Old Known To Frequent CT Goes Missing In NY Have you seen him? A teenager has gone missing in the region and authorities are asking the public's help in locating him. The New York State Police in Northern Westchester County are searching for Andy Salazar, age 17, from Four Winds Hospital in the Lewisboro hamlet of Cross River.   He was last seen on Friday, Sept. 27 at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Route 35 by Four Winds staff. Beloved High School Teacher, Coach In Northern Westchester Dies A lifelong Hudson Valley resident who was a beloved high school coach, and teacher, as well as the chief of a local fire department, and a standout college athlete in Connecticut, has died. Northern Westchester resident Michael Repp, of Somers and formerly of Katonah, died on Wednesday, Oct. 6 at age 82 at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco.  He was born in Orange County on May 15th, 1939, in Cornwall, to the late Michael and Irene Repp. He was raised in Katonah, attended Saint Mary’s School in Katonah, and was a member of the first graduating class from John Jay High S…
