CT 23-Year-Old Woman Found Shot Dead In Car, Second Victim Survives Two people were found shot in separate vehicles, including a 23-year-old Connecticut woman who was found dead, when police responded to a report of a shooting.  The incident occurred in Hartford around 12:50 a.m., Friday, July 5, in the area of 40 Cleveland Ave. According to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police, officers located two victims, a woman identified as Shamyria Williams of Hartford.  Williams was unresponsive on scene and was transported to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead, Boisvert said. 22-Year-Old CT Woman Charged In Fatal Hit-Run Crash A Connecticut woman has been charged with evading responsibility resulting in death after allegedly hitting a 31-year-old man on a dirt bike, killing him. The incident took place in Hartford on Wednesday, July 19 at the intersection of Windsor Street at Loomis Street. An investigation into the crash found that two dirt bikes were traveling south on Windsor Street when a vehicle driven by Avani Butler of Hartford, turned in front of them, striking one of the dirt bikes, said Lt. Man Shot On CT Street Dies From His Injuries One of two men shot during an incident on a Connecticut street has died from his injuries. The shooting took place in Hartford on Sunday, May 14, around 11:40 p.m. in the area of Wawarme Avenue at Locust Street, said Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police. Hartford officers responded to the area on a ShotSpotter notification. Upon arrival, one man in his 20s was located and transported to Hartford Hospital where is he in stable condition, Boisvert said. Police Searching For Hit-Run Driver After Crash Killing CT Man Hartford Police are asking the public for help identifying the driver of a black Infiniti G35 who allegedly hit and killed a pedestrian and fled the scene. Michael Brown, age 51, of Windsor, was found in the roadway around 12:10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 1, when Hartford Police responded to a report of a crash. According to Lt. Fatal Stabbing On Halloween Police are investigating a fatal stabbing as well as other violent crimes that took place on Halloween. On Saturday, Oct. 31, around 9 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of Maple Avenue in Hartford for a report of a stabbing, police said.
