CT Girl, 11, Escapes Man Stalking Her By Dashing Into Dunkin' Donuts, Police Say A smart-thinking 11-year-old Connecticut girl dashed inside a Dunkin' Donuts to report she was being followed by an unknown man offering to buy her clothes and give her gum. The incident occurred in Hartford County in Manchester around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4. According to Manchester Police Lt. Ryan Shea, a Dunkin' Donuts staff member called the police to report that a suspicious person was following a girl who came inside the store asking for help.
