12-Year-Old Shot For Throwing Snowballs At Car In Hartford: Report A 12-year-old boy had to be hospitalized this week after someone shot him for throwing a snowball at their car, NBC Connecticut reported.  The incident happened Wednesday night, Jan. 22, in the Capitol Avenue and Park Terrace area of Hartford around 7:15 p.m.  Police were called to the area and found the boy with gunshot wounds, the report continued.
