Covid-19: Five Connecticut Care Centers Fined For Worker-Safety Violations OSHA has issued fines to 5 Connecticut care facilities for failure to adequately protect employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced fines for 27 companies across the U.S. due to violations that occurred from Oct. 9-15.
