Tracking Device In Cash Leads Cops To CT Bank Robbers, Police Say Two Connecticut men were nabbed for an alleged bank robbery after police were able to pinpoint a tracking device slipped in with the cash, leading them to the cash and suspects.  The robbery took place in Hartford around 8:35 a.m., Wednesday, June 29 at the Cencap Federal Credit Union, located at 2775 Main St. Officers responded to the scene and were told about the tracking device which showed the stolen money was in the area of Keney Park, said Lt.
