Felicia Yetke (Santos) was died in a Hartford County incident that happened on Thursday, Feb. 1 around 11:45 p.m., when she was struck by a southbound driver in a small-sized SUV while crossing Middle Street in Bristol, according to Bristol Police.  After the collision, the driver of the SUV stayed at the scene as a witness went to check on Yetke. 14-Year-Old Nabbed Making Threat To CT School, Police Say A Connecticut teen has been charged after allegedly making a social media threat against a high school. The incident occurred in Hartford County on Wednesday, Jan. 3, when police became aware of a threat against Bristol Central High School in Bristol. The suspect was quickly identified as the 14-year-old, said Lt. Two CT Officers Killed In Shooting Posthumously Promoted Two Connecticut police officers killed in an ambush-style shooting have been posthumously promoted. The two, Sgt. Dustin DeMonte and Officer Alex Hamzy were killed in Hartford County on Wednesday, Oct. 12 in Bristol. DeMonte has been promoted to Lieutenant and Hamzy has been promoted to Sergeant, said Lt. Robert Osborne, of the Bristol Police.
