CT Duo Nabbed On Narcotics, Gun Charges A Connecticut duo was allegedly nabbed with drugs and a loaded gun after being stopped by police. The two men were stopped in Waterbury around 9:50 p.m., Friday, July 15 in the area of Bank and Porter streets. Officers were patrolling the area after receiving complaints from residents in the area of loitering and drinking, said Lt. Ryan Bessette, of the Waterbury Police. Know Them? Three Wanted For CT Library Vandalism Police are asking the public for identifying three men who rode dirt bikes and ATVs on a library lawn in Connecticut, causing extensive damage. The incident was reported in New Haven County around 1:10 p.m., Wednesday, July 14 in Waterbury. Waterbury Police Department said officers responded to the Silas Bronson Library, located at 267 Grand St., on a criminal mischief complaint.  The callers reported that two ATV quads and one dirt bike were riding through Library Park damaging the lawn area, said Sgt.
