Police Asking Public For Help In Fairfield County Shooting Incident Police are asking the public for help regarding a shooting incident in which a residence and a vehicle were hit by gunfire in Fairfield County. The shooting took place on Saturday, May 22, on Avo Street in Stratford in the area of High Park. Police have determined that a stolen Honda CRV, was used during the shooting where a group of juveniles were using the park, said Stratford PD Captain Frank Eannotti. The 27-year-old New Haven County resident from Ansoniad was found around 11:27 p.m.on Monday, July 12 when Bridgeport Police responded to the area of Gregory Street and Rennel Court on the report of shots fired with a party down.  Upon arrival, officers observed a crowd of citizens surrounding a vehicle parked on Rennell Court with an unresponsive man in the driver’s seat, said Captain Kevin Gilleran. Fairfield County Man Nabbed In Convenience Store Robbery, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested for an alleged robbery of a New Haven convenience store.  Shanqueto Pinnock, 19, of Stratford, was arrested on Wednesday, March 17, for his involvement in the October armed robbery of the S&A Mart at 95 Wakelee Ave. in Ansonia, said Lieutenant Patrick Lynch.
