Waterbury Teen Crashed Into 2 People Before Running Away, Now She's In Jail: Police
A 19-year-old Connecticut woman was arrested and charged in a hit-and-run crash that sent two pedestrians to the hospital with serious injuries, authorities said. NBC Connecticut identified the victims as the woman's boyfriend's ex-girlfriend and her friend.
