Farmington Man Charged With Attempting To Have Sex With Dog A 65-year-old Connecticut man has been charged with allegedly attempting to have sex with a dog who belonged to a woman at a senior living facility. Hartford County resident Jose Ramos-Cordero, of New Britain, was arrested by the Farmington Police Department on Monday, Sept. 9, and charged with sexual assault of an animal, burglary, and disorderly conduct.  According to Lt. James Keating, age 52, of Paoli, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty to wire fraud in New Haven federal court on Tuesday, July 30.
