Teen Girl Busted Threatening Area School; More Than 20 CT Schools Have Received Threats A 13-year-old Connecticut girl was arrested Thursday morning, Sept. 19, after police say they traced a threat made against a school to her. Incident Leads To Increased Police Presence At Ansonia School Police in Connecticut have increased their presence at a middle school following an incident that concerned the school district and law enforcement. Lt. Patrick Lynch of the Ansonia Police said the incident occurred in New Haven County in Ansonia but did not occur at any school in the region. According to Lynch, the Ansonia Middle School administration reported the incident to police on Thursday, Sept. 5, but it occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 4.
