Serious Rollover Crash Shuts Route 9 In Haddam

Route 9 in Haddam was closed Thursday morning, Jan. 2 for a serious crash, officials said.

CT State Police said the crash involved a one-vehicle rollover in the southbound lanes near Exit 15. Serious injuries were reported.

The highway is closed for investigation. Anyone traveling through the area is urged to seek an alternative route, police said.
