Intoxicated Driver With Child In Car Nearly Crashes On CT Highway: Police Connecticut State Police arrested a 37-year-old woman after authorities said she was driving while intoxicated with a child in her SUV and nearly hit multiple vehicles and a guardrail over the weekend. Javglad Garcia, of Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 17, and charged with driving under the influence, risk of injury to a child, and second-degree reckless endangerment, Connecticut State Police said.
