CT Teen Charged In Fatal I-84 Southington Crash That Killed Grandmother Of 2: Police A 19-year-old Connecticut man was charged this week with killing a 58-year-old woman in a February crash on I-84, authorities said. Maxwell Nemec, of Cheshire, is charged with second-degree manslaughter, reckless driving, and misconduct with a motor vehicle, Connecticut State Police said on Friday, Dec. 6.
