Justin J. Kruger, 50, of Oxford, was found dead following a search that ended Friday morning, May 1, according to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. His vehicle was found near the Oxford Reservoir inside Naugatuck State Forest, a popular spot for hikers and outdoor visitors. Officials said there are no signs of foul play.
