Tens of thousands of Toyota SUVs are subject to a sizeable recall due to a faulty tow hitch cover that may increase the possibility of a crash, officials say. A 33-year-old Connecticut man was killed in a three-vehicle crash on I-91. The collision occurred in Hartford County around 11:20 p.m., Monday, June 10, in the northbound lane south of Exit 38 in Windsor. According to Connecticut State Police, Jonathan Scott Schlagel, of Enfield, was driving a 2000 Triumph Sprint RS when he hit the rear of a 1999 Dodge Ram 3500.
