Ex-Police Dispatcher Busted After Misusing System To Look Up Victim: Police A former police emergency dispatcher found himself on the other side of the law when he was arrested for misusing equipment to look up information on a victim more than once, authorities say.  Jonathan Miller, age 26, was charged with two counts of third-degree computer crimes and released on an order to appear, Meriden Police said. Miller worked for the Meriden dispatch center from July 2023 until July 2024 when he was fired for a separate matter.
