CT Prison Guard Charged With Assaulting Elderly Inmate At Montville Prison A Connecticut prison guard turned himself over to police earlier this week after authorities accused him of assaulting an elderly inmate earlier this year, police said.  Todd Blevons, 42, of Uncasville, was charged with assault in the third degree on an elderly person, Connecticut State Police said on Thursday, Nov. 21. Police began investigating Blevons after an inmate at Corrigan Correctional Center in Montville accused him of using excessive force in April, authorities said.  A police report obtained by WTNH said Blevons threw the 66-year-old inmate to the ground, jumped …
