Newly Minted Millionaires: Wethersfield Player Splits $2M CT Lottery Prize Two Connecticut Lottery players split a $2 million jackpot after buying the ticket in New Haven County.  The players from Wallingford in New Haven County and Wethersfield in Hartford County won the money playing the "$2,000,000 Jackpot," a $20 scratch game. Colony Road in Wallingford. The store will get a $20,000 bonus for the sale.
