Wrong Way Drunk CT Driver Causes Head-On I-395 Collision: Police A Connecticut man was accused of being intoxicated when he went the wrong way on an I-395 off-ramp in Norwich and crashed head-on with another vehicle, police said. Theodore Kunsa, 45, of Voluntown, was arrested following the 1:19 p.m. crash on Thursday, Feb. 20, according to Connecticut State Police. No one was injured in the crash, authorities said. Drunk Wrong-Way Driver Causes Pile-Up On I-95 In CT: Police A woman who Connecticut Police say caused a five-car pile-up on I-95 earlier this week was intoxicated when she got onto the interstate going the wrong direction. The Fairfield County crash happened just before 3 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, when New York City resident Jacqueline Remache, age 29, of the Bronx, got onto I-95 in Stamford going the wrong way, authorities said.  She then pinballed against four other vehicles before finally stopping near Exit 9.
