MTA To Increase New Haven Line Service To, From Yankee Stadium During World Series
If you're hoping to catch a train to watch the Yankees face off against the Dodgers on their home field, the MTA is adding service to and from the stadium to make your trip a bit easier. In an announcement on Friday, Oct. 25, MTA officials said Metro-North Railroad would implement extra services on the Hudson, Harlem, and New Haven lines during the World Series games at Yankee Stadium on Monday, Oct. 28 (Game 3), Tuesday, Oct. 29 (Game 4), and if necessary, Wednesday, Oct. 30 (Game 5). Rachel Minaya, Wife Of Yankees Exec Omar Minaya, Found Dead In Harrington Park Home: Prosecutor
Rachel Minaya, who is married to former Mets general manager and current Yankees executive Omar Minaya, was found dead in their New Jersey home over the weekend, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office confirmed on Monday afternoon. Minaya, 55, was found in the bathroom of a Harrington Park home unconscious and unresponsive, bringing local police officers to the scene just after 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
