12-Year-Old Shot For Throwing Snowballs At Car In CT: Report A 12-year-old boy had to be hospitalized this week after someone shot him for throwing a snowball at their car, NBC Connecticut reported.  The incident happened Wednesday night, Jan. 22, in the Capitol Avenue and Park Terrace area of Hartford around 7:15 p.m.  Police were called to the area and found the boy with gunshot wounds, the report continued. Son Killed Dad During Fight At CT Motel: Police A Hartford man has been arrested and charged with murder following a deadly altercation inside a parked vehicle at a motel that left his father dead, officials said. Raybin Hokim, 49, is accused of killing his father, Vincent Hokim, 78, of Middletown, just after 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4,  according to Lt. Toddler Who Wandered Out Of CT Laundromat Killed By Hit-Run Driver, Police Say An alleged hit-and-run driver killed a 1-and-a-half-year-old girl after wandering outside of a Connecticut laundromat. The incident occurred in Hartford around 11 p.m., Monday, June 3, in the area of 36 New Britain Ave. According to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police, officers responded to the area after the department received numerous 911 calls reporting a toddler struck by a vehicle.
