The incident happened around 10:20 a.m. Friday, April 11, in Boca Raton, and created a large plume of smoke visible for miles. Firefighters received multiple 911 calls about a blaze at the Garden Park Motel on Westport Avenue in Norwalk around 2:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 3.
