A Connecticut man was arrested after leading state troopers on a high-speed chase down I-95 while driving on a missing tire, officials said.
Hector Estrella, 28, of Greenwich was spotted driving erratically around 11 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1, near Exit 5, Connecticut state police said.

A Fairfield County man was charged with drug sales after a lengthy investigation into narcotics sales in the region.
Hunter Wells, age 31, of Norwalk, was charged on Tuesday, June 4, following the 8-month investigation.
According to Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police, members of the Norwalk Police Special Services Division, along with the Stamford Police Narcotics/Organized Crime Unit, executed search and seizure warrants on Wells, his vehicle, and his person.
