A woman is accused of hitting a Connecticut nail salon employee after he allegedly used a racial slur during an argument, police said.
Hai Bin Zu, 26, a nail technician at Bling Bling Nail Salon in Norwalk, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 30, after officers responded to a disturbance at the business, police said.
Police said a woman and Hai Bin Zu got into an argument over payment for services. During the dispute, the woman told police that Hai Bin Zu made a racial insult, and she slapped him on the head, according to police. He was not injured, police said.

A Wolcott man wanted by police is facing a long list of charges after officers say he dragged an officer with his car before fleeing and later being arrested after a chase.
Wayne Lydem, 48, and his girlfriend, Annalucy Lachance, 47, face multiple counts following an alleged Aug. 25 burglary and assault, according to authorities.
The ordeal began with Wolcott police responded to a garage burglary on Wolcott Road. Surveillance video identified Lydem, whom officers recognized from past incidents, officials said.

Police have arrested a Connecticut man accused of exposing himself to two women just hours apart on Friday.
Nickholas Dizon, 26, of Manchester, was arrested and charged with two counts of breach of peace, two counts of public indecency, stalking, and interfering with police, authorities said.
A woman called Manchester police around 9:30 a.m. to report a man had exposed himself to her at Center Springs Park, made inappropriate comments, and followed her onto Main Street, authorities said. She ran into a nearby business to get help, but Dizon ran away before officers arrived.

Man Wanted In Waterbury Murder Arrested Following Florida Traffic Stop; 2 Men Remain On Run
Florida police have arrested a man wanted in a 2018 Connecticut murder, while two other suspects remain on the run, authorities said.
Kevin Dias, 33, was arrested during a traffic stop in Mascotte, Florida, Waterbury police said Wednesday, July 9. Dias is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and is being held in Florida on $1.5 million bond.
He is expected to be extradited to Connecticut, although an exact date has not been announced.
