Westport Resident Accused Of Harassing Neighbor With Strange Acts A Fairfield County man was charged with allegedly violating protective orders after leaving a Bible with a knife stuck in it by a neighbor's door and then for performing a burning ritual in the backyard. Westport resident Francis Conklin, age 67, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 8, for the June and July incidents. According to Lt.
