These Locations Will See Heaviest Snowfall From Latest Winter Storm Some parts of the East Coast could see over half a foot of snowfall from a new winter storm. The system will arrive in the mid-Atlantic starting late Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 19 and continuing into Thursday, Feb. 20, the National Weather Service says.
