Man Critically Wounded In Overnight CT Shooting; Police Asking For Tips Police are investigating an early morning shooting in Hartford that left a man fighting for his life.  Officers rushed to 371 Franklin Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, after several 911 callers reported gunfire, Hartford police said.  When they arrived, officers found a man in his 30s who had been shot. Responders rushed the victim to an area hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, according to police.  Police did not release the man's name.  The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Division are handling the investigation.  Police…
