At least 15 victims were located during raids at five properties, investigators said. CT Prostitute Offered Clients 'Menu' Of Services; Busted Again: Police A monthslong prostitution sting ended with a Connecticut woman with a history of hooking in handcuffs, authorities said.  Erica Waller, 41, of Wallingford, is charged with promoting prostitution in the third degree, police said. She was arrested on similar charges in October.
