Michelle Trachtenberg Dead At 39: Reports Michelle Trachtenberg, who starred in movies and TV shows that appealed to young adults and teens, was found dead Wednesday, Feb. 26 in a New York City apartment, ABC News reported, citing police sources. She was 39. The New York City native was found by her mother at 8 a.m. in her Columbus Circle apartment, police told ABC News. Her death is not believed to be suspicious, police said.
