A Wolcott teen is facing serious charges after police say he had more than 300 files of child pornography on electronic devices at his home. Evan Harris, 19, was charged with first-degree possession of child pornography after he turned himself in to authorities this week, Wolcott Police said. A 29-year-old former elementary school paraprofessional in Connecticut has been arrested after police say they found child sexual abuse material at his home. Eric J. LeClair, of South Windsor, was arrested on Saturday, Dec. 28, after he turned himself in to police following a months-long investigation, authorities said.
