CT Man Busted With Loaded Pistol, Kids In Car During Domestic Argument: Police
A domestic dispute ended with a Connecticut man in custody earlier this week.
Marco Tocel, 42, of South Windsor, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. Thursday, March 20, after police responded to reports of a verbal altercation, officers said.
Tocel was taken into custody after officers found a loaded pistol in his front pocket while he was sitting in a vehicle with two children inside, according to South Windsor police.
He was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, and risk of injury to a minor, police said.

A Connecticut woman was arrested after police say she was found intoxicated behind the wheel in the rear parking lot of Ledyard High School, where officers also discovered crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Melissa J. Brackett, 46, of Ledyard, is facing multiple charges, including possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence, according to the Ledyard police.
