Dog Found Tied To Park Tree With No Room To Move; Police Seek Owner Police in Enfield are asking the public for help to track down the owner of a pit bull mix that was found tied to a tree with only the ability to move a foot in any direction, authorities said.  The dog was found in Brainerd Park with no identifying information. It's unclear if the dog was abandoned, but police hope to locate it with its owner.  Authorities ask anyone with information to contact Enfield Police Department Animal Control at 860-763-8944

CT Kennel Owner Facing Animal Cruelty Charges A Connecticut kennel owner turned herself in to police earlier this week after being charged with animal cruelty, authorities said.  Litchfield County resident Jennifer Ornelli, age 47, of Bethlehem, was ordered held on a $10,000 bond on Tuesday, Sept. 3, Connecticut State Police said.  Ornelli runs the Home Away From Home kennel in Bethlehem. In July, a customer filed a complaint with state authorities that their dog had been mistreated and neglected while in Ornelli's care, police said.  The owner said her dog had injuries that it didn't have when she dropped it …
