Missing RI Officer Found Dead In CT A Connecticut man who works as a police sergeant in Rhode Island was found dead at a town hall in Windham County this week after having been reported missing, Daily Voice has learned. Scituate (Rhode Island) Police Sgt. Jason Riquier, 47, was discovered in a vehicle at the Sterling Town Hall on Monday, Jan. 13, law enforcement sources familiar with the incident confirmed.
