CT Man Guilty Of Sexually Assaulting 13-Year-Old Girl: State A New Haven man has been convicted in a sexual assault case involving a child, officials said. Luis Silva, 26, was found guilty on Tuesday, March 31, of first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor, the State Division of Criminal Justice said.  Evidence showed Silva repeatedly assaulted the victim while she was under 13, according to the prosecutor.  A judge is scheduled to sentence Silva on June 5. Driver Arrested After 6-Year-Old Left On Norwalk Housing Authority Van A 47-year-old Norwalk Housing Authority bus driver was charged with child endangerment after locking a 6-year-old on a bus for the night. The incident occurred in Norwalk on Wednesday, May 15.  According to Sgt.
