6-Year-Old Hit By Bus: Police Release New Details In Crash Update: The 6-year-old Connecticut boy who was hit by a school bus on Thursday, Oct. 3, remains in the hospital on Friday, but he is in stable condition and his injuries are not considered life-threatening, police said. School Bus Crashes With Vehicle On CT Roadway One person received minor injuries during a crash between a vehicle and a school bus in Connecticut. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 7:30 a.m., Monday, May 20, at 38 Indian Trail in Waterbury. According to Lt. Ryan Bessette with the Waterbury Police, the school bus had 14 students at the time, and no injuries were reported by the bus operator or any of the students.  Bessette said the operator of the other involved vehicle was transported to an area hospital and treated for minor injuries.  The incident remains under investigation.
