A man who police say hid a recording device in the women's restroom at a Connecticut Walmart was arrested after he ran from the store when someone called police. Grayson S. Weir, 21, is accused of hiding the recording device at the retail store at 220 Salem Turnpike in Norwich on Monday, May 12, police said. A former police emergency dispatcher found himself on the other side of the law when he was arrested for misusing equipment to look up information on a victim more than once, authorities say. Jonathan Miller, age 26, was charged with two counts of third-degree computer crimes and released on an order to appear, Meriden Police said.
