15 Hurt In Falls, Prompting Large Recall Of Popular Winter Boots A top-selling winter boot from The North Face is being recalled after a design flaw caused dozens of people to trip and fall, including 15 who were hurt. The North Face is recalling about 15,200 pairs of Shellista V Mid Waterproof Boots, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday, April 17. Around 5,900 pairs were also sold in Canada. The issue stems from a faulty design where the top hook on one boot can catch the lace of the other, potentially making those wearing the boots fall. Egg Teethers Crack In Babies' Mouths, Sparking Huge Brunch-Themed Stroller Toy Recall More than a quarter-million brunch-themed stroller toys have been recalled after babies were found with broken pieces of the toy egg in their mouths. Fisher-Price issued the recall for about 253,000 Brunch & Go Stroller Toys, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday, April 10. About 4,500 toys were also sold in Canada. The toy features pretend avocado toast with a mirror tomato, crinkle bacon, and an egg teether.
