2 Men Pulled From Frigid Water After Jet Ski Sinks Off CT Shore Two men fighting cold water after their jet ski overturned and sank near Chimon Island were pulled to safety by Norwalk police during a tense marine rescue Wednesday evening, May 27.  The police department's marine unit got calls around 5:10 p.m. that two people were struggling in the cold conditions and showing signs of early-stage hypothermia, authorities said.  Police pulled the men from the water and brought them into the patrol boat to warm them while heading back to shore.
