After Weeks On Run, Second Man Caught In CT Bodega Shooting That Killed 29-Year-Old
Police have arrested a second Hartford man in connection with a September shooting outside a Waterbury bodega that left a 29-year-old dead.
Frank Garay, of Hartford, was shot and killed outside a corner store at 94 Charles Street on Sept. 15, police said. He was weeks away from his 30th birthday.
Investigators quickly arrested 37-year-old Latroy Young, of Hartford, soon after the killing, but the second suspect remained at large for weeks, authorities said. That changed on Monday, Nov. 10.
