NY Lawmaker Made Sexually Explicit Remarks On Assembly Floor, Ethics Committee Finds A New York lawmaker was ordered to undergo counseling after an ethics investigation found he made sexually explicit remarks on the Assembly floor. Democratic Assemblyman Eddie Gibbs violated the Assembly’s policy prohibiting harassment, discrimination and retaliation by making sexually explicit comments during a legislative session, according to the Assembly Ethics Committee.
