Fatal Shooting Of HS Senior By Federal Agents Justified, DA Says (Update)
The fatal shooting of an Aliquippa High School senior by a federal agent has been ruled justified, Beaver County District Attorney Nate Bible announced during a press conference on Wednesday, Oct. 1.
The 18-year-old Kendric Curtis fired two rounds from a stolen handgun into an unmarked SUV carrying undercover ATF, FBI, and local task force officers on Waugaman Street at the Linmar Terrace apartment complex, DA Bible said. An ATF agent returned fire once, striking Curtis in the head.

Twenty-one people were injured — including at least one student who suffered life-altering injuries — when a school bus carrying the Aliquippa Junior High football team crashed in Economy Borough, (Beaver County), Pennsylvania, on Saturday, Aug. 23, authorities said.
Now, volunteer coach Jonathan Morris, who was hospitalized for three days with serious injuries, has filed a lawsuit against the bus driver and ABC Transit, Inc., the company that operated the bus.
