The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced this week that 40,144 Hyundai Santa Fe ICE vehicles and 9,575 Hyundai Santa Fe HEV vehicles are subject to a nationwide recall due to the faulty airbags. The Tolland County incident occurred on Tuesday, June 4 in the town of Somers. According to police, a search warrant was executed for 53-year-old Randy Matthew Guyette’s Hall Hill Road home.
