Luis Rivera, of Bridgeport, who pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault in the first degree in July, was sentenced to decades behind bars last week, the State's Attorney said. Peter Wheeler, age 24, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty on Thursday, Aug. 8, in Bridgeport Superior Court, according to Joseph T. Corradino, State’s Attorney for the Judicial District of Bridgeport.
