Seen Him? 23-Year-Old On Run After Murdering His Father At Suburban NY Home, Police Say
Police are seeking the public's help in locating a man accused of stabbing his father to death on Long Island.
The incident happened in Rocky Point at 30 Quail Road on Saturday, Nov. 9, around 1:25 a.m.
Officers arrived to find Joseph Zoll, age 61, with stab wounds, according to Suffolk County Police.
Zoll was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
On Sunday afternoon, Nov. 10, Suffolk County Police said its Homicide Squad detectives are looking to locate Matthew Zoll, who is wanted for the murder of his father.

Murder-Suicide: Man Forces Way Into Ansonia Home To Shoot Ex-Wife, Kill Himself, Police Say
Police believe that a 47-year-old Connecticut man forced his way into a New Haven County home on Thursday morning, Sept. 12, and fatally shot his ex-wife before he turned the gun on himself.
New Haven resident Miguelina Lebron, age 45, of Ansonia, was found shot repeatedly at her home on Westfield Avenue, Ansonia police said. Nearby lay the body of her ex-husband Yanis Tavarez, of Bridgeport, with a gunshot wound to the head.
Police were called to the home around 5 a.m. after receiving a 911 call. When they arrived they found the bodies.

Woman, Teen Charged After 24-Year-Old Shot, Killed During Party At CT Residence
A woman and teen have been charged after a 24-year-old Connecticut man was shot and killed allegedly by a 17-year-old during a party.
The incident occurred in Hartford County around 7:40 a.m., Saturday, July 13, on Evan Lane in Bloomfield.
Capt. Stephen Hajdasz of the Bloomfield Police said officers located the victim, a Bloomfield resident, suffering from a single gunshot wound to the neck.
CRP was immediately initiated, and when an ambulance arrived, he was pronounced dead on the scene, Hajdasz said.

Two deaths of two Connecticut men who were found in a burning car in May have been deemed homicides by the state Medical Examiner's Office.

The two men, David J. Rivera, age 36, and Carlos O. Calderon, age 39, both of Hartford, were found in New Haven County around 4:10 a.m., Thursday, May 30, on Roosevelt Drive in Oxford.

Bridgeport Inmate Strangled, Death Rule Homicide, ME Says
A Connecticut man who was arrested for violation of probation was strangled in a cell in a Fairfield County jail.
Steven Bailey, age 43, of New Haven, was found dead in a Bridgeport Correctional Center cell around 7 a.m. on Sunday, May 26, according to the Connecticut State Police.
Milford Police had arrested Bailey on Wednesday, March 20, and he was being held for violation of probation on a prior conviction of obscenity with a minor.
State Police said after being found, Bailey was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital in Bridgeport, where he was pronounced dead.

CT Man Killed During Fight On City Street After Being Stabbed
A Connecticut man was killed from an apparent "puncture" wound during a fight.
The incident occurred in Hartford around 8:30 p.m., Thursday, May 30, in the 99 New Britain Ave area.
According to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police, William Jemison, age 38, of Hartford, was found by officers responding to a report of a fight.
Citizens were attempting live-saving measures on Jemison, who was transported to Hartford Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Boisvert said.
