ATV Rider Left Near Death After Crash; Friends Fled Before Help Arrived: Police
An all-terrain vehicle rider was left with life-threatening injuries after a crash on South Street in Danbury, according to local police. Danbury Police say they responded to South Street around 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, where they found the rider lying on the sidewalk next to a damaged ATV. Paramedics rushed them to Danbury Hospital with "critical and life-threatening" injuries. Danbury police did not release their name or age. ATV Rider Airlifted To Hospital For Critical Care After Bristol Crash
An ATV rider is fighting for her life after a crash on Memorial Day afternoon. Police were called to Seneca Road in Bristol around 4 p.m. and found the rider lying on the pavement and unresponsive. Paramedics airlifted her to an area hospital in serious condition, Bristol police said. No other vehicles were involved in the crash. ATV Operator Airlifted In CT Crash On Frozen Lake: State Police
An ATV accident on a frozen lake in Connecticut prompted a significant emergency response, including Life Star, on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 8, police said. Stafford Police and Troop C personnel were dispatched to Lake Shore Boulevard at approximately 1:05 p.m. following reports of an ATV crash, Connecticut State Police said. Initial reports indicated serious injuries, leading Life Star to respond. However, police later clarified that Life Star responded as a precaution.
