Fatal Shooting: Suspect Nabbed, 23-Year-Old Victim ID'd In Freeport A suspect from Connecticut has been apprehended after a person was shot and killed on Long Island. The incident happened around 2 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, in Freeport.
